Every big asphalt failure starts as a small crack. We clean and fill cracks before water gets into the base and freezes, shifts and spreads them, and we use chip seal to put a fresh, durable wearing surface over roads and lots. It is the cheapest work you can do, and it saves the expensive repairs later.
